Quick & easy tiffin sambar

Tiffin sambar

Ingredients:

Moong dhal – 200 grams
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Sambar powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
asafoetida – pinch
Salt – requied
Corriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Dry roast the moong dhal in the pressure cooker.
2.pour water,diced onion, diced tomato,sambar powder,turmeric,asafoetida and salt.
3. close the lids and wait for two whistle then switch off the gas.
4. Open the cooker and put corriander leaves & season it.
5. Now sever it hot.
