Paneer Tikka

Ingredients:
Panner – 200gms
Capsicum green – 1/2
Capsicum yellow – 1/2
Tomatoes – 1/2
Onion – cut into squares

For green chutney:
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Green chilly – 2
Onion a little
Ginger a tiny bit
Thick yogurt – 4 or 5 tsp.
Cumin powder a pinch
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste

For marination:
Thick curd or yogurt -1/2 cup
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Food color little

Preparation:
Step 1:
1. Cut panner into cubes, keep aside. Cut both green and yellow capsicum, tomatoes, onion into squares.
2. Mix the items listed in the marination and add panner, capsicum, onion and mix them well and refrigerate. Longer the marination, better
the taste.
3. Pre-heat the oven for 275 degrees.
4. Place the Paneer in a tray and broil them in the oven, turning the panner till they are brown and a little crisp.
5. Now sauté the capsicums and onion, separately.
6. Cut the tomatoes into squares. Do not marinate or saute them.

Step 2:
1. In a bowl take thick curd, add chaat masala, salt to taste, cumin powder, and mix well.
2. Grind the remaining ingredients of green chutney and mix it with the above curd mixture.

Step 3:
1. Take a skewer, arrange panner, capsicum, tomato and onion .
2. Dip the Tikka in the green chutney and enjoy the delicious PANNER TIKKA.
