Juicy Chicken Lollipop

 

Chicken Lollipop

Ingredients

Chicken Lollipop – 5 pieces

Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon

Garlic  1 spoon cut in small pieces

Hoisin sauce 2 spoon

Soyasauce – 1 spoon

Red chilli sauce 2 spoon

Corn flour 5 spoons

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

 

Preparation Method

Take the lollipop pieces add ginger garlic paste, little salt and 3 spoon of corn flour and marinate it well. Keep it aside for 15- 20 mins

After 20 mins heat the oil and deep fry the chicken for 8-10 mins. Take the chicken and keep it on kitchen tissue paper

Put 2 spoon of oil in kadai or pan and once the oil is hot add garlic pieces and sauté well for 1 min.

Add hoisin sauce, soyasauce, red chilli sauce and little salt and sauté well for 3-4  mins.

Dissolve remaining corn flour in water and keep it aside

Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and mix well with all the sauce. Sauce should coat the chicken well.

After 3 mins pour the dissolved cornflour starch into the chicken and mix well.

Saute for 3 mins and your tasty and juiy chicken lollipop is ready.

Serve hot with chilli sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
