Egg Chilli Kothu Parotta- Dry

Ingredients
• Eggs 3
• Onion 1 diced
• Tomatoe 1 diced
• Green Chillies 4
• Red chilli powder 1 spoon
• Garam Masala 1 spoon
• Salt to taste

Ingredients for Parotta
• Wheat flour 1 cup
• Refined flour 1 cup
• Oil 2 spoon
• Salt 1 spoon
To make Parotta
Mix both the flour, oil and salt and knead it to make dough (same like chapathi dough) and cover it with a wet muslin cloth and keep it aside for 30 mins.
Roll it into round shape and make parotta out of it. Put it in hot thawa and cook parotta. Make 3 parottas.

To make Chilli Egg Parotta
• Pour 2 spoon of oil in hot thawa and add onions and chilles and sauté for 10 mins.
• Put tomatoes and sauté it for 5 mins.
• Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and sauté it for 5 mins.
• Break 1 egg into this gravy and mix it well and sauté it for 2 mins.
• Add cut pieces of parotta into this gravy and mix well.
• Fry it for 5 mins. Break 2 eggs into this gravy and mix well.
• Fry this gravy for another 3 mins and make it into kothu.
• Garnish it with coriander and serve hot.
