INGREDIENTS

Corn flour- 2 tblsp

Milk – 500ml

Sugar- 1 ¼ cup

Fresh cream- ½ cup

Broken cashew nuts- 2 tblsp

Vanilla essence- few drops

HOW TO DO

 

Boil milk till reduce to three fourths. Take a spoon of boiling milk and add the corn flour mix with out lumbs…

Add it to the boiling milk

Add sugar… broken cashews… vanilla essence….

remove from flame … let it cool for some time then add the fresh cream….

Beat the mixture well

pour in kulfi moulds…..

pour in kulfi moulds…..

set in freezer…..

 

NOTE: REPLACE WITH ALMOND OR PISTA ….. AND TRY UR FAV….

U CAN REPLACE THE CORN FLOUR WITH READY MADE CUSTARD POWDER TOO….
