Bread Rolls
1/4 cup Chana Dhal
1/4 cup Moong Dhal
1/4 cup Red Beans(Rajama)
1/4 cup Sambar Dhal …
1/4 cup Masoor Dhal
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 table spoon Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
2 finely chopped Green Chilly
2 loafs of bread salt as per taste
2 tablespoon oil

Method:
Mix all the 5 dhals and soak it over night.
Pressure cook the dhal with 2 cups of water.Drain the excess water once cooked.
In a frying pan pour some oil. Once the oil is hot add the finely chopped onions and the ginger garlic paste. Fry the onions till they turn golden brown. Once done add the cooked dhal. Mix the mixture occasionally on a medium flame. Cook till all the water dries and a dough can be made from the mixture.
Add the green chilly and coriander leaves for taste. Also add salt as per taste.
Allow the mixture to cool down so that it can rolled in to small balls.
Now take a loaf of bread and remove the brown corners from the bread. Take plate with water. Soak the bread in the water so that it becomes moist and can be molded as per interest. Make small oval balls of the dhal mixture and place it in the center of the soaked bread. Wrap the end of the bread so as to close the mixture. Leave no end open.
Now heat oil in a deep frying vessel and once the oil is hot deep fry the rolls. Deep fry till golden brown. Place the rolls on a tissue so as to drain the excess oil.

Serving Suggestions: Server the rolls with cheese dips and tomato sauce.
