Ingredients Rava/Semolina/Sooji       1 cup * Sugar       3/4 cup or can add up to 1 cup Water    2 and 1/2 cup Cardamom Powder    1/4 tsp Ghee     3 tbsp or 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts      10 no.s Raisins      7 or 8 (optional) Kesari Powder/Orange food color    a generous pinch Method Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, roast cashew nuts and raisins till golden brown and transfer it to a bowl and keep aside. Bread Jamoon: This is a different variant of Gulab Jamoon. Usually we do sweets with the normal bread or Maida bread. For a difference, I made it using wheat bread. The outcome was stunning. Ingredients: Wheat bread – 10 slices Sugar – 1/2 cup Milk – 3/4 cup Cardamom – 2 Oil – To deep fry Method: 1. Make the bread into crumbs using a mixer or in hand itself will be fine.   You will Need 250gms of Wheat 750gms of Sugar 1/2 tsp of Powdered Cardamom 300gms of Ghee 3tbs of Broken Cahsewnuts A pinch of Kesari Colour(optional) How to 1. Soak the wheat or broken wheat for at least 12 hours. 2. Change  the water that it has been soaked in and grind it with some fresh water. 3. Run it through a strainer and collect the milk like liquid.   4. Repeat this process two more times i.e. extract milk twice. 5. Allow it to rest for some time (about one hour).The thin liquid will be seen on top. 6. Take a thick bottomed pan and pour the thin milk in and then add sugar.
