BELL PEPPER CHICKEN

marinate the ½ kg boneless chicken in 6 table spoons of vinegar for 1 hour

in a bowl – add crushed pepper1 tea spoon, salt, 4-5 table spoon corn flour,2 table spoon maidha flour, 1 table spoon soya sauce and water to make it as a thin paste.

Soak the chicken pieces in the above paste and deep fry it till golden brown.
